The Home
The five-bedroom oceanfront villa is spread over three levels, with expansive sun-drenched terraces and many luxury amenities. A covered, open-air living room offers great ocean views. Meals can be prepared in the fully-equipped kitchen or on the barbecue outside, and then enjoyed in the alfresco seaside dining area or inside, in the formal dining room.
Outdoor features include an infinity swimming pool and hot tub, alfresco shower and palapa with bar. The villa also lets guests enjoy watersports, with two paddleboards and kayaks.
The master bedroom on the first level features a king-size bed and separate lounge area, an en-suite bathroom with standalone shower-bathtub and a steam room. A second bedroom is also found on this floor and a third on the upper level. The fourth and fifth bedrooms offer two double-size beds each, as well as en-suite bathrooms. The staff includes a cook, waiter and housekeeping.

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
