The Home
This large beachfront villa is the only residence on Limestone Bay. The secluded property offers high-end furnishings and 10,000 square feet of living space. Its five spacious bedrooms can accommodate eight adults and two children. Guests can enjoy ocean views from the expansive pool or relax in the sun or shade on the deck. The pristine white sand is only steps from the villa and visitors can enjoy a unique “Zen den” built directly on the beach.
Inside, vaulted ceilings and bright, colorful furnishings can be found throughout. In the main living area, guests can relax on comfortable furniture with views of the Caribbean under a beautiful chandelier. A black baby grand piano is one of the features of the room. The gourmet kitchen comes fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, as well as a center island breakfast bar and eat-in formal dining room.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you immediately, answer any relevant questions and personally ensure that your booking runs smoothly. The representative will be able to provide a confirmation within 24 hours, if not sooner.</p>
