Here, a marble spiral staircase connects all three floors while stunning views captivate your attention at every turn. The ocean beckons in the distance as the whole development lies before you peppered with lush vegetation and palm trees.
Guest enter this villa on the top floor, which is capped with a palapa roof. At this level, you find two bedrooms and a large vestibule. Head down the spiral staircase to the pool level and you enjoy an open-plan living and dining area with a fully-equipped kitchen that opens to the main terrace through large patio doors. The lovely Master Suite also claims this level and offers direct access to the pool terrace.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

- - Pool and terrace area not ideal for small children – the pool is a true infinity with a long drop.
- - At the time of inspection, this home did not have any televisions, though plans were in the pipeline – please ask.
- -A security deposit might be required after booking confirmation (MX0137)
