Oakthwaite House is a stunning lakeland property located in a quiet and secluded street yet only a moments walk away from the hustle and bustle of Windermere Village, arguably one of the Lake Districts most popular towns. The Lodge at Oakthwaite is located in a tucked away location on the grounds of the property.

Oakthwaite Lodge is located in a secluded location of Thornbarrow road in Windermere yet only a few moments walk to the popular towns of Windermere and Bowness on Windermere - home to Englands largest lake.
The Lodge features two wonderfully proportioned bedrooms (one double and one twin), a relaxed open plan living, dining, kitchen area with sky television and a beautifully newly refurbished bathroom with bath and shower over.
To the front of the property is ample parking for two cars plus a large patio area to the rear with optional BBQ to enjoy the summer lake district...

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
