The Home
The part of the town, where this Villa is located, is very popular because everything you may need is near the accommodation and guests can reach Old Town in less then 5 minutes drive or 10 minutes walk.
Grocery store, bus station, restaurants, bars and cafes can be found in 800 meters range, as well as bakeries and ATM’s. Nearest beach is 10 minutes walk from the Villa.
The most interesting sights can be seen in the famous Old Town of Dubrovnik, which is only 10 minutes walk from the accommodation, as well as various beaches, restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, bakeries and banks.
We recommend enjoying a cable car ride, station is only 20 minutes walk from the apartment. It offers a panoramic view of the historic center and the surrounding islands. Approximately 10 stairs to reach the villa.

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
