As charming as its name implies, Prospect Falls is a captivating log cabin with lots of luxurious touches. With four bedrooms and 4,000 square feet of living space, there’s room for 10 at this Mountain Village home. Located in the coveted Tristant development, guests of Prospect Falls will have easy access to some of the best ski slopes in the country and stunning Rocky Mountain views.
The GREAT ROOM at Prospect Falls is surrounded by authentic log cabin walls and stone details. A crackling fireplace on one wall anchors the living space and provides just the right dash of coziness to those chilly Colorado evenings. There’s a velvety soft sofa, armchairs, and an HDTV for kicking back and relaxing with a good movie and a glass of wine.
Next to the living area is the custom KITCHEN, complete with white beadboard cabinets and exquisite soapstone countertops. A tired bar provides casual seating for four, while a nearby DINING AREA has seating for six more. A massive Viking gas range and vent hood stand in the center of the kitchen, and there’s also a spacious paneled refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher too. From pot roast to pancakes, this kitchen is equipped to handle anything you desire.
The first of four bedrooms is the PRIMARY SUITE— located on the top level of the home and featuring a sumptuous king-size bed, vaulted ceilings, an HDTV, and an adorable potbelly stove in the corner. The ENSUITE BATHROOM includes a freestanding tub and a separate shower. There’s also a dedicated office space for completing remote work or school projects.
On a lower level, there are TWO ADDITIONAL GUEST BEDROOM SUITES, each with a split king-size bed, HDTV, and ENSUITE FULL BATHROOMS. These two bedrooms also share easy access to a SECONDARY LIVING SPACE with a comfy sofa and HDTV.
The final GUEST BEDROOM is a super-spacious, camp-like bunk room with two full-over-full-size bunk beds, a ping pong table, a pool table, an HDTV with an X-Box, and an ENSUITE BATHROOM. French doors open up to reveal a covered DECK with lots of lounging space and a relaxing HOT TUB. This home also includes a LAUNDRY ROOM with a full-size washer and dryer.
Located in an exclusive Mountain Village community, Prospect Falls gives you easy access to some premier ski slopes and hiking trails. You’ll also be close to the village core for shopping and dining, and not far from the gondola for a trip into Telluride. Prospect Falls simply has it all and is the perfect home base for your next mountain escape.
