Modern and bright, but with a distinctly rustic style, Pine Meadows 138 is a classic Mountain View condominium with an enviable ski-in/ski-out location. Perched right on the edge of the popular Meadows ski run, you’ll have lovely views of the mountain ridge and the skiers gliding past. With four comfy bedrooms, a spacious great room, and a hot tub to soak all of your cares away, Pine Meadows 138 allows you to easily explore and enjoy everything you come to the Rocky Mountains to experience.
Spread out over 3,800 square feet, our tour of Pine Meadows 138 begins in the main level GREAT ROOM. Designed to take full advantage of the surrounding natural beauty, this room is surrounded by large, floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the magnificent views perfectly. In the LIVING SPACE, a kitty-cornered stone fireplace is surrounded by a casual sofa and armchairs. There’s also an HDTV for entertainment if you can tear yourself away from the stunning views.
Exposed wood columns lead into the open KITCHEN, where a convenient bar faces the living area and has seating for four. A paneled refrigerator blends seamlessly with the natural wood cabinets, and additional premier appliances include a dishwasher, microwave, gas range top, double wall oven, and a Cuisinart drip coffee maker. Besides the bar stool seating, there’s also a DINING SPACE with a table that seats six, and another smaller table closer to the living area that seats four.
On the upper level, there are two private, luxurious bedroom suites. The PRIMARY SUITE features a stately king-size bed, vaulted ceilings, and a spacious ENSUITE BATHROOM with a glass-enclosed shower and a soaking tub. The SECONDARY SUITE has a king-size bed set in an impressive log frame. The ATTACHED BATHROOM also has a separate shower and tub.
The third and fourth bedrooms are on the lower level. One GUEST BEDROOM has a queen-size bed, while the final GUEST BEDROOM is a bunk room with two twin-over-twin-size camp-like bunk beds that the kids will love. This lower level also includes a FULL BATHROOM and a LAUNDRY ROOM.
Pine Meadows 138 boasts a beautiful BALCONY that overlooks the Meadows ski run and the majestic mountain ridge views beyond. There’s a barbecue out here for grilling some steaks for dinner, and plenty of space to kick back with a cup of cocoa while you watch the skiers. When you’re ready to hit the slopes yourself, simply ski right out your door and down the hill. And when you’re done with your outdoor adventures, the private hot tub is the perfect spot to warm up and wind down. Pine Meadows 138 is also located close to the village core and the gondola, placing you front-and-center to all of the Mountain Village magic.
