The HOA does not allow motorcycles, boats, trailers, RVs, campers, golf carts, or scooters on the property at any time. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. This rental is located on floor 3. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
