The villa is walking distance to the hotel with restaurants, spa, and pool. The heated pool dominates the outdoor space and faces the ocean. The deck stretches the entire length of the villa for outdoor dining underneath the covered terrace and seating. The main room is the central space of the house. It’s divided into a living room and a kitchen with a island that serves as a breakfast bar and seats 4. The TV with U.S. satellite/Apple TV can swivel between the kitchen and living room and a Sonos sound system. On either side of the living room are 3 nearly identical bedrooms. On the kitchen side, are 2 connecting bedrooms, one has a king-sized bed and the other 2 twins convert to a king. Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
House Rules
- Villa Point Milou comes with house cleaning services 6 days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for young children.
