This charming, oceanfront home boasts spectacular views of Maquoit Bay from the moment you open the door! Nestled among beautiful gardens on a large, private lot, you can relax out on the new deck and enjoy the view of the islands. Beautiful stone landscaping and gardens will surround you with vibrant flowers as you breathe in the salt air. Prepare full meals in the beautiful cherry kitchen with granite countertops, and entertain in the daylight basement featuring a wet bar. There is also a pull-out couch in the master bedroom area.
The home is located in a secluded area right on the water, but nearby you can find outlet shopping and an LL Bean. Experience many outdoor activities in the surrounding area including hiking, cycling, and boating.
