This home can have you on the slopes in minutes! Settle into the large living room complete with a gas fireplace, flatscreen TV, and plenty of seating. You’ll feel right at home surrounded by the tasteful furnishings, especially with the second, fully-furnished living area in the basement providing ample space for entertaining. The large deck with private hot tub is a great place to relax after a day on the slopes or exploring the trails.

Enjoy all that Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons offer in the beautiful Wasatch Mountain Forest. In summer, enjoy the new mountain coaster at Snowbird Summer Resort, as well as endless hiking trails and world-class mountain biking. The bus stop that will take you to either resort, is located just outside the condo complex entrance, so you can leave the car in the garage. This rental is also just five minutes from the freeway, so you can be in Park City and Deer Valley in about 30 minutes. If you decide to go into downtown Salt Lake City to check out the shopping and other cultural attractions, you’re only about 19 miles from the heart of the city.
