Located on approximately two acres of direct lakefront land, this nostalgic cottage also offers the use of a tennis court, screen-enclosed gazebo, lakeside fire pit, dock, playset, and lots of space to roam. Enjoy time spent with your friends like never before, whether you choose to spend your days swimming in the lake, sunbathing on shore, fishing in the water, or relaxing inside. You’ll have direct lakefront access to the western freshwater shore of Loon Lake to enjoy.
Things to Know
*Trash service is not available at this property. This property is located in an area administered by the Adirondack Park Commission. As with many remote homes in Adirondack Park, this is a carry-in, carry-out location. Please take trash to the Chestertown Landfill/Transfer Station. We recommend calling early in your stay to find out fees and open days.
Please note that the property does not have heat. Please bring appropriate clothing depending on the weather. This property is managed by Property Manager New York LLC.
