Do you want to enjoy a beautiful villa 15 minutes from the beach? We have the perfect place for you! Villa El Oasis! It is located in a residential area of Alhaurín de la Torre, very close to the beach with several supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bars while being in a quiet environment.
This spectacular villa with capacity for 10 people has 700m2 of constructed surface, 3000m2 of plot, it is comfortable and very cosy.
It has 4 bedrooms. On the main floor, we can find 3 of them. The first one (with a bed of 140 x 200) and a single bed (90x190cm) is very spacious and bright. It has built-in wardrobes with mirrors, large windows, air conditioning and heating and a bathroom with shower.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
