Villa Maya is a stunning new modern villa which offers 5 ensuite bedrooms, spacious living areas and a lovely garden all in a nice and prestigious location in Mougins.
As guests enter the villa you are welcomed by large open areas, modern interiors mixed with natural elements.
All bedrooms are spacious around 40m2 each, they all have ensuite bathrooms and dressing rooms. The master suite has a large bedroom, big walk-in dressing and a large ensuite bathroom, the mastersuite alone measures around 100m2.
On the lower floor Villa Maya also offers a well equipped gym, hammam, sauna and a cinema room.
There is a lift which serves the three floors and the villa has a well equipped security system.
The villa has an elevated position and sits in a well manicured garden which has a large heated pool (15x4m).

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you immediately, answer any relevant questions and personally ensure that your booking runs smoothly. The representative will be able to provide a confirmation within 24 hours, if not sooner.
