The Home
Sitwell Cottage is a unique Eco-build in a quiet cul-de-sac in the conservation area of Scarborough. Constructed in 2017, the property features GCH, double-glazing and under floor heating.
On the ground floor you will find a fully furnished, spacious lounge featuring two leather sofas, a solid wood side table and soft furnishings adding tones of green and blue. The flat screen TV and wall mounted fireplace add homely touches to this space.
The modern fully fitted Kitchen diner is perfect for cooking and socialising. Enjoy a home cooked meal with the family and relax in front of the TV to watch the latest film on Netflix.
The downstairs is complete with a cloakroom.
The first floor is home to the three bedrooms. The master bedroom is spacious with a King Size bed and double mirrored wardrobe.

The Neighborhood
Located in the seaside town of Scarborough, Sitwell Cottage is a short walk to all of the attractions. Packed with seaside charm, you���ll find plenty of pubs, restaurants and cafes to discover as well as arcades and ice cream parlours. There are a number of beaches for you to choose from. The popular South Bay is a sun trap and close to the hustle and bustle of the town centre. North Bay has been accredited with Blue Flag status meaning it���s one of the best beaches in Europe! Ideal for all weathers, there are lots of indoor attractions in Scarborough for the whole family. Head to Sea Life Sanctuary to see seals, penguins, sharks, turtles and more or Scarborough Castle to explore its 3000 year history. If it���s outdoor fun you���re looking for, The Open Air Theatre is a short 20 minute walk from the house where you can see amazing bands, singers and comedians. There is also the Sky Trail Adventure and Peasholm Park nearby.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
