Located close to the village of S'Horta, on the outskirts of Cala d'Or, this village is a small traditional Spanish community. Here you will find narrow cobbled streets, adorned with restaurants and bars and a beautiful church. Cala d'Or itself is close by and is family friendly with beaches, shops, restaurants and cafes a plenty. Catering for all ages, there really is something for everyone here. There are varied water sports to partake in along the beaches, a golf course nearby, and boat trips to take you to the various coves along the coast line. The trendy and fashionable marina is well worth a visit with restaurants and bars to relax in as you admire the spectacular yachts.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
- Security deposit : €500 payable prior to arrival and to be refunded in full subject to a damage inspection on departure

- Tax : From 1st July 2016, every client who is over the age of 16 will be required to pay the 'Eco Tax' in Mallorca. The tax is €1.10 per person per night from 1st May - 31st October and €0.55 per person per night at all other times.
