So, if you’re here for a festival at Telluride Town Park, this is a wonderfully convenient location, and if you’re here to ski, even better! The complex is located just three blocks from Main Street and the gondola, and then just five blocks to Town Park. You’re truly in the center of it all.
With a wonderful deck overlooking the San Miguel river and the River Trail, and an open-concept living space with sight lines from the fully-equipped kitchen all the way over to the gas fireplace in the living room, it provides great space for you and your group to congregate. With comfortable furnishings, a parking space in the lot outside, and even a shared hot tub, it’s a fantastic location with wonderful amenities.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
- On bookings made after May 6th, 2020 with a check-out date on or before March 31st, 2021*, guests may cancel up to 10 days before arrival and receive a full refund minus a $75 credit card processing fee. *Blackout dates: Stays taking place between December 20th and January 3rd do not qualify for 10-day cancellation.

- No smoking. No pets, unless specified in listing. Minimum age to book is 25. You will be signing a rental agreement once your booking is confirmed.
