This two bedroom, 1.5 bath unit is light and airy, with beautiful ocean views from the master suite. The beach condo has been completely remodeled to make for luxurious beach living. The Pismo Shores community has a heated swimming pool, spa, clubhouse with living room, kitchen and game room. The complex is gated for the upmost security and has private beach access.
Due to strict HOA guidelines, this rental is a minimum of 7 nights. Monthly rental is available October - April at $3400 per month. One small, non-shedding dog (under 20 pounds) will be considered.There is a $500 Pet Deposit and $250 per month Pet Rent. Pricing is based on occupancy of 4 guests. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
