Located on the second level is the primary living area. The living room has comfortable furnishings, SmartTV, dining table for six guests, beautiful kitchen with chef grade appliances, half bath and laundry center. The natural gas BBQ is on the balcony just off the living room.
On the third floor are the three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, large flat-screen SmartTV and ensuite bathroom. Bedrooms 2 & 3 have queen beds. There is a bathroom with tub/shower combo that serves these bedrooms. Access to the rooftop is up a spiral staircase.
The roof-top deck offers sparkling ocean and breaking wave views. On the roof top is dining for 4 guests plus a cozy sitting area around a fire pit.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
