Located in the Islands at Mauna Lani, a low density complex (only 46 homes spread over 20 acres) it is one of our largest three bedroom floor plans where all bedrooms have their own ensuite master bath. The main floor living room, dining room and kitchen are among the nicest in all the Islands and even Mauna Lani resort.
Our home provides a perfect setting for your Hawaii getaway and is designed for gatherings of up to ten people in this large three bedroom and sleeper sofa home and provides a large upscale, relaxing, luxurious and well equipped home for your Hawaiian vacation.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Kids welcome. Parties not allowed. Smoking not allowed.
