Normally resort passes cost $100/adult and $60/child but when staying at this home use for up to 10 people is COMPLIMENTARY with no additional cost each and every day of your stay. This includes use of resort pools, the river pool, waterslides, hot tub, saltwater lagoon for snorkeling, lounge chairs, towels and parking validation for one vehicle. It also includes a 10% discount on Spa Treatments, 10% discount on Lagoon toys and Cabana rentals. This single-level 4 bedroom home is fully furnished with 4 Suites, each with a private ensuite bathroom. In the main home the first suite features a California King Size bed.  The 2nd suite also has a California King.  The 3rd is equipped with 2 Twin XL beds that can be joined to make a king with a gel mattress topper. In addition, there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. This home is the Hoku B model which is one of only a few at KaMilo that feature a stand alone guest cottage. Detached from the home this suite has a California King bed and its own washroom. The house and the guest cottage all have central AC. There is a large laundry room in the home. The airy open concept main floor includes kitchen, dining area, great room, and large lanai with outdoor kitchen. The dining arrangements will comfortably accommodate 10 people between the indoor and outdoor tables and an additional 4 at the expansive kitchen island.
