Can Sota is a fantastic home for big groups or families visiting the Costa Brava. Located just outside the popular town on Lloret de Mar, its peaceful setting is the perfect start to your holiday. The villa can accommodate thirteen guests across six bedrooms and has lots of communal spaces for entertaining. Boasting a private pool and terrace, both with great mountain and sea views, it is easy to lose track of time in this wonderful space.

Ideally suited for larger groups visiting the region, the villa has several shared areas and lots of outdoor space. With balconies and large windows around the property, you can really appreciate the amazing views of the surrounding mountains and sea. The Neighborhood

Nestled in the hills outside the popular town of Lloret de Mar, Can Sota is a peaceful home in the quiet residential neighbourhood of Serra Brava. The villa has fantastic vistas of the surrounding mountains and even enjoys a sea view, and you are sure to be at ease as you settle into this great spot. The local area has a supermarket, whilst the beach and restaurants can be found just a few kilometres away. The nearest beach to the villa is Cala Canyelles, and it is a gorgeous sand beach surrounded by cliffs and pine trees, and well worth visiting. The beach is a popular swimming spot and has some water sports on offer for those seeking an adventure. Try your hand at water-skiing or maybe some kayaking, and the shallows are also amazing to explore with a snorkel, with the rugged terrain perfect for the sea life. After a fun day in the water, enjoy a meal at the beachfront restaurant, famous for its paella, it is well worth trying! Lloret de Mar is one of the most popular towns in the region, known for its nightlife, and it is a vibrant and exciting place with lots going on. During the summer, the town is full of energy with the Summer Festival. Throughout August there are a series of concerts around the town, ranging from modern pop to classical Spanish, the air fills with the sound of music and laughter. If you are visiting during this time, be sure to look ahead at what tickets are available, as the events can be very popular. Lloret de Mar is also home to lots of bars and restaurants, wander the streets before stumbling across quaint restaurants serving tapas and local wine, there is no better way to delve into the local culture. After an amazing meal with your loved ones, you can continue onto the beach and enjoy a drink on one of the beachside bars, listening for the waves as you gaze out to sea. There is no shortage of activities in the region, its dramatic landscape and beautiful beaches cater to exciting sports and relaxing days alike, with an abundance of culture to enjoy in between!

Things To Know


Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
  • For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

House Rules

  • Security deposit : €150 charged to client’s credit card by the owner before/upon arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.
  • Arrival time : Between 4.30 - 8 pm
  • Departure time : 10 am
  • End of stay cleaning included? : Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
  • Linen & towels included? : Sheets and towels can be hired on site for an extra cost of €8 per person per week (paid locally).
  • Energy costs included? : Yes, included in the rental price.
  • Heating costs included? : Not included in the rental price, extra 50€ per week, paid locally.
  • Internet access? : Wi-Fi internet access not included in rental price, extra cost of €50 per week to be paid upon arrival.
  • Minimum stay : 3 nights
  • Changeover day : Saturday during peak season.
  • Pets welcome? : On request only and with prior agreement with the owner. If accepted, a pet supplement of €35 per pet per week will apply (paid locally).
  • Smoking Allowed? : Not permitted.
  • Tax : Tourist Tax of €1 per person per day for over 16's is not included in the rental price and will need to be paid prior arrival via a link direct to the supplier.
  • Insurance : Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, personal belongings, public liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
  • Other Ts and Cs : Cot and high chair available at an extra cost of €35 per item per week.
