Casa Benicarlo is a lovely traditional villa perched in the hills of Lloret Blau; this quiet neighbourhood is ideal for escaping the hustle and bustle of the large towns nearby. With stunning views of the valley opening into the sea, you can really appreciate the natural beauty of the area from this home. The villa has three bedrooms for seven guests to sleep and includes a private pool and patio space.

The villa has the traditional décor seen throughout the local area, with whitewashed exterior walls matched inside, the villa has a cool and airy feel. There are simple home touches throughout the villa, with ornaments and paintings giving it a homely and welcoming atmosphere. This is a wonderful space to relax in and a great base to explore the local region.

The Neighborhood

Casa Benicarlo is in the residential area of Lloret Blau, this peaceful place is a little inland from the popular beach town of Lloret de Mar and offers a quiet space to relax. Being further inland, the villa has some spectacular elevated views of the local area, gazing down on the nearby towns, mountains and sea, you get a great sense of the local scenery.  There are a couple of bars in the neighbourhood, but supermarkets, pharmacies and more restaurants can be found in Lloret de Mar, seven kilometres away. Lloret de Mar is a very popular town in the local area, it has thriving nightlife that offers a range of bars and restaurants. You can explore the winding streets of the town for romantic side street bars to sit under the stars, or head to the big clubs and bars where you can dance the night away, there is something for everyone. The region is famous for its tapas and fresh sea food, so be sure to try out some different dishes for a cultural experience. The town is also well known for its fantastic beach. The huge stretch of sand is great for spending the day at, nod-off as you relax under the sun, before taking a refreshing dip in the crystal-clear waters. The beach has all the amenities you may need, including some bars and restaurants so you can continue to enjoy the sea view whilst dining. The entire region has some excellent walking tracks, many of these follow the coastline, uncovering secret coves and secluded beaches. This is a really great way to explore the area, so bring a picnic and enjoy a little more peace and quiet as you explore the rugged coast. Ask at the local tourist office for some recommendations on which walks to take. Lloret de Mar is also home to some amazing historical sites, you can get a sense of the area’s history by visiting Turó Rodó. This ancient Iberian settlement was uncovered by archaeologists and has a replica house, showing what ancient life was like in this historic area.  It is great for those with an interest in history and how the local culture was developed.

Things To Know


Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
  • For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

House Rules

  • Security deposit : €150 charged to client’s credit card by the owner before/upon arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.
  • Arrival time : Between 4.30 - 8 pm
  • Departure time : 10 am
  • End of stay cleaning included? : Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
  • Linen & towels included? : Sheets and towels can be hired on site for an extra cost of €8 per person per week (paid locally).
  • Energy costs included? : Yes, included in the rental price.
  • Heating costs included? : Not included in the rental price, extra 50€ per week, paid locally.
  • Internet access? : Wi-Fi internet access not included in rental price, extra cost of €50 per week to be paid upon arrival.
  • Minimum stay : 3 nights
  • Changeover day : Saturday during peak season.
  • Pets welcome? : On request only and with prior agreement with the owner. If accepted, a pet supplement of €35 per pet per week will apply (paid locally).
  • Smoking Allowed? : Not permitted.
  • Tax : Tourist Tax of €1 per person per day for over 16's is not included in the rental price and will need to be paid prior arrival via a link direct to the supplier.
  • Insurance : Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, personal belongings, public liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
  • Other Ts and Cs : Cot and high chair available at an extra cost of €35 per item per week.
