Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
- On bookings made after May 6th, 2020 with a check-out date on or before March 31st, 2021*, guests may cancel up to 10 days before arrival and receive a full refund minus a $75 credit card processing fee. *Blackout dates: Stays taking place between December 20th and January 3rd do not qualify for 10-day cancellation.

House Rules
- Self check-in with lockbox; Check-in: 4:00 p.m.–12:00 a.m.; Checkout: 10:00 a.m.; No smoking; No pets; No parties or events; Quiet Hours between 10pm and 8am; In accordance with B.C Law and due to the COVID-19 pandemic, parties and events are strictly prohibited at this property. Additionally, rental property occupancy is limited to the number of booked guests, plus a maximum of five visitors for the duration of your stay. In order to facilitate COVID-19 contact tracing, you will need to be able to provide contact information for everyone in your group along with any visitors that you hosted on the premise. Please be ready with this information if it is needed. For your health and safety, we will be monitoring for compliance. Violators of these public health measures will be subject to fines in excess of $2000.
