Renovated in 2013, there is a modern, comfortable style throughout, with romantic furnishings and a laid-back atmosphere. Situated in the district of Altea, there are gorgeous beaches nearby and plenty of restaurants, shops and bars to keep you entertained.
The spacious, contemporary living areas are spread over two levels, with each room you reach offering a unique ambience. On the ground floor, there is a glorious open-plan living space, glass doors enliven the space with light, offering direct access out to the loggia. The kitchen provides all the amenities you need to whip up some family feasts to enjoy at the adjacent table or al-fresco on the terrace. Having an open-style kitchen, makes even cooking a sociable activity!

The Neighborhood
A lovely location, in a cosy, historic and picturesque resort with 24,000 inhabitants. Located in the eastern part of the region, directly by the sea, the area offers beautiful views. Within the resort, there are all the amenities you might need, with supermarkets, shops, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurants and more. The town of Altea is not far away, offering a bohemian atmosphere with many international artists based there. There is a market on Tuesdays that is worth a visit!

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
