The classic four-bedroom villa offers plenty of privacy, and enjoys magnificent sunsets in summer and amazing views of the ocean and nearby islands. Several steps lead down to the entrance of this one-level villa. A large living room, dining room and spacious gourmet kitchen face the ocean, offering dramatic views. This space is airy with high ceilings, terracotta tile floors and beautiful area rugs.
The dining area seats eight people at a glass table. A second dining table under the pergola features a partial view, while a spacious terrace with loungers surrounds the heated pool overlooking the ocean.
The large master bedroom is separate from the other bedrooms and opens to a private terrace. The three other bedrooms are found at the back of the villa. Each has an en-suite bathroom and is tastefully decorated. The house also comes with WiFi, a charcoal barbecue, and U.S. satellite TV.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
