The Home

The property offers plenty of comforts for up to 12 guests, with 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Plenty of parking for 4 cars and more.

The Villa is surrounded by a huge garden of 2.000 squared metres, a pergola with external kitchen, wood oven for pizzas (which can be used upon request, by hiring a pizzaiolo for an extra charge), barbecue, amazing sea views.

On an upper level of the garden, accessed by a flight of 10 steps, guests will find a pool of 7 x 3x 1.20 meters surrounded by a dock equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and a charming gazebo.

The Villa is built on the three floors.

On the ground floor you’ll find a firs double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, another bathroom in the hallway and a large living room with 2 sofas convertible is single beds, a flat screen tv accessing a stunning patio overlooking Capri.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
On bookings made after May 6th, 2020 with a check-out date on or before March 31st, 2021*, guests may cancel up to 10 days before arrival and receive a full refund minus a $75 credit card processing fee. *Blackout dates: Stays taking place between December 20th and January 3rd do not qualify for 10-day cancellation.

House Rules

Please observe the following house rules during your stay:
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building.
Only guests listed on your booking are allowed within your villa or apartment.
We ask that you take extra care to keep noise to a minimum, particularly at night, to avoid disturbing our neighbours.
Please ensure the kitchen and bathroom taps are turned off.
Only washing machine detergent should be used in the washing machine.
Please scrape food deposits from plates before washing up or stacking the dishwasher to avoid blocking the drains.
It is essential that trash is separated correctly and left out on the days indicated, to avoid the cost of recollection.
Hot water and gas for cooking is provided by gas cylinder. Should the gas run out, please contact your Property Manager.
Please take care of your keys and return them when checking out.
If you have any problems, we’re happy to help.
