Beautifully upgraded and spacious 2-bedroom condo offers ski-in/ski-out convenience at Peak 9 and walkable to downtown! Sweeping views of the plaza and overlooking Maggie Pond. After a day on the trails enjoy a quiet evening by the fire or dip in the indoor/outdoor pool, two outdoor hot tubs, and fitness center! Steps away from Main Street Breckenridge offering shops and restaurants. SkyRun Breckenridge is not responsible for the availability of Village at Breck Pool complex as hours and availability are set by the HOA. In general, it is open year-round, however unexpected closures for maintenance may occur.
This condo offers a king master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bedroom and a twin daybed with ensuite bathroom. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
- On select bookings made after May 6th, 2020 with a check-out date on or before June 30, 2021*, guests may cancel up to 10 days before arrival and receive a full refund minus a $75 credit card processing fee. *Exclusion and Blackout dates apply. Stays taking place between December 20, 2020 and January 3, 2021 do not qualify for 10-day cancellation. Some individual homes may not be participating as noted in their individual Property Display Page.

- A county-wide Public Health Order is in effect for all reservations arriving on or prior to Feb. 28, 2021 - all guests in a vacation rental must be from a maximum TWO households (meaning all guests must live in the same full-time residence at home), with no more than 10 people. Number of people must be verified and signed off on.
- Age Requirements: Guests must be 25 years of age or older to rent a property, and must reside in property for duration of reservation.
- Smoking: No Smoking.
- Pets: No Pets, unless specified
- Events: No parties, weddings, receptions, or productions.
