Take in the privacy of this location but only 15-20 minutes to town activities and the slopes! Other distinguishing features of this home is a private outdoor hot tub, covered and uncovered decks, and mountain views.
This home has a king master suite with ensuite bath. The second bedroom features a queen bed with ensuite bath. The third bedroom has a queen bed. There are accommodations for 4 with a two sets of twin bunk beds in the open living area bedroom. Note: Winter access is through garage and lower level door only, access to front door is not possible.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Age Requirements: Guests must be 25 years of age or older to rent a property, and must reside in property for duration of reservation.
- Smoking: No Smoking.
- Pets: No Pets.
- Events: No parties, weddings, receptions, or productions.
