This stunning three story modern villa, completed in 2017, is built into the rock face of a mountain with a distant view of the sea and surrounded by the mountainous region near the town of Pollensa. The property offers four en suite bedrooms, a parking garage big enough for several cars and a heated 15×2.5m infinity pool. The parking garage is located on the lower level with a lift that takes visitors up to the second level where the living and dining areas are situated. This floor is designed around an open floor plan with high ceilings, cool white walls, and large sliding glass doors and windows that epitomize the concept of indoor and outdoor living. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area opens onto the living area. Floor to ceiling windows bathe the interior with natural light and frame spectacular views of the mountains and distant Bay of Pollensa. One bedroom (equipped with bunk beds) with access to the family bathroom is situated on this floor.
