Its spacious layout includes a large kitchen, and 2 outdoor living spaces for everyone to enjoy! The main level is home to the master bedroom and fantastic kitchen that is stocked with cooking utensils- making it easy to dine in while on vacation. The living room has a large TV with Direct TV, a DVD player, and a Wii for a fun family night. Walk out to the lower back patio which contains a BBQ, and outdoor dining area. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Must have an adult over the age of 21 staying with your group, no parties, no pets, please enjoy our home and treat it with respect. Guests are personally responsible for any theft or damage during their stay. Checkin is after 4:00pm on the day of arrival and checkout is before 11:00am on the day of departure.
