KITCHEN & DINING Whip up tasty meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Plenty of glossy counter space, a gas range, and a French-door fridge make meal preparation a breeze. Two can keep the chef company at the breakfast bar, and a polished wood table seats six to special meals. BEDROOMS & BATHS This two-story home sleeps up to 10 guests in four bedrooms. The tranquil master bedroom has a comfy king-size bed, gas fireplace, and a 55in TV. The spa-like en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower, jetted tub, double vanity, and a separate water closet. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, and an adjacent guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. The third guest room has a queen-size bed, while the fourth bedroom features two twin-over-twin bunk beds. Both bedrooms have flat-screen TVs. A pristine tub/shower combination can be found in the nearby guest bathroom. OUTDOOR AREA All-around fencing lends a secluded feel to the backyard. This rental does not have air-conditioning. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood. Over-occupancy is not permitted. Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances. Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home. All leases require a minimum 30-day term. THE FINE PRINT Strict ordinances govern South Lake Tahoe vacation rentals. This home cannot be used for parties/weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is 10 people and 4 cars, enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day (meaning even an afternoon BBQ with too many people is subject to citation/fine). Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise any time of day will result in guest fine up to $2,000 (in addition to fines assessed against the homeowner by local authorities).
