Each bedroom is roomy yet cozy. Three King bedroom and two rooms with two twin beds sleep a total of 10 guests. One of the twin bedrooms is decorated with safari and adventure themes while the other one features a few of our favorite Disney characters. This slice of paradise in central Florida will feel like home away from home. The living room has cozy couches with plenty of bright, natural light. The 50" Smart TV provides the best spot for movie nights. The open concept living room flows into the kitchen where the chef in your family can whip up any meal at a moment’s notices. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Kids welcome. Smoking not allowed.
