Stroll to the beach or take a short drive to Heavenly. Then cozy up by the fireplace or rack up the pool table. Take in views of the mountains and lagoon from two decks at this stunning new two-story 4BR/3BA retreat. 30 night minimum stays required.
LIVING AREA
The spacious Great Room features soaring vaulted ceilings and a great layout for entertaining, complete with a wet bar. Curl up on the oversize leather sofa in front of the gas fireplace and watch a movie on the 50in TV. A telescope provides closeup views of the mountains and birdlife in the adjacent meadow.
The game room features a handsome wooden pool table, in addition to a 50in TV with an array of video games.
KITCHEN & DINING
The chef in your group will appreciate the sleek gourmet kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. A big island provides ample space to prep meals and seating for three.
When it’s time to eat, gather for festive meals at the sunlit dining table for eight.
BED & BATH
The tranquil primary bedroom is furnished with a luxe king bed. The en-suite bathroom boasts a walk-in closet, double vanity, jetted tub, and walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed, and a guest bath has a walk-in shower.
Sleep soundly in two downstairs bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds. Down the hall, another sparkling bath has a tub/shower combination.

Enjoy stunning views of the mountains, meadow, and lagoon on the two spacious decks.
Tahoe Keys amenities (available at a nominal fee) include a year-round indoor pool, seasonal outdoor pool, hot tubs, docks, a swimming beach, and tennis courts.

Although this home is not equipped with air-conditioning, it is rarely needed with Tahoe’s mild summer weather.

Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.
LOCATION
A private beach is within a 5-minute walk, while the Heavenly gondola is a 6.5-mile drive. Rent a boat at the marina (1.8 miles) or take a kayak out on the lake from Camp Richardson (2.5 miles).
LOCAL ORDINANCES
Strict ordinances govern Tahoe vacation rentals. This home cannot be used for parties/weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is 8 people and 4 cars, enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day (meaning even an afternoon BBQ with too many people is subject to citation/fine). Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise any time of day will result in guest fine up to $2,000 (in addition to fines assessed against the homeowner by local authorities). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy may result in eviction. This home is in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/noisy groups. No smoking or pets are permitted.
