Lulu Luxe has a bright and clean design, and its recently remodeled finishes are sleek yet welcoming. The complex amenities include a shared summertime swimming pool, a year-round relaxing hot tub, and a grilling area. From your door, you’ll be able to walk to the Galloping Goose bus stop, several local-favorite restaurants and pubs, a stroll along the rushing river, or an afternoon of shopping downtown.
The LIVING AREA at Lulu Luxe is sleek and open, with high ceilings, lots of natural sunlight, and a pristine white finish. A dove gray sofa and leather armchair sit in front of the large, sunny windows and face the flatscreen HDTV. A few vibrant throw pillows and wall art pieces add just the right pop of color to the soothing, minimalist design, while the high ceilings add a feeling of spaciousness.
The KITCHEN is completely open to the living area and offers a seamless, convenient layout for your group. Clean white shaker cabinets are illuminated by modern, artistic pendant lamps and topped with gorgeous quartz countertops. Premier, KitchenAid stainless steel appliances include a large refrigerator and an electric range with a sleek vent hood. There’s also a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffeemaker. Guests can sit at the peninsula bar or the dining table while sipping their morning mug of coffee and nibbling on warm blueberry muffins. There’s also a small cafe table underneath the staircase.
There are two bedrooms on the main level at Lulu Luxe. The first bedroom is the PRIMARY SUITE, which includes a sumptuous queen-size bed and an HDTV. The ENSUITE BATHROOM has a step-in shower and a quartz-topped vanity. The GUEST BEDROOM features a king-size bed and an HDTV, while another FULL BATHROOM can be accessed from the hallway. Back in the living area, a staircase leads up to the SLEEPING LOFT, where you’ll find two twin-size beds, each with bedside tables and reading lamps.
With the sparkling San Miguel River right outside your door and chair lift 7 just a short walk away, it would be hard to find a more perfect Telluride location than Lulu Luxe. Perched on the quieter, western edge of town, you’ll have the peace and quiet you crave while still being close to nearly everything you travel to Telluride to enjoy.
The newly renovated in-ground hot tub and pool are open year-round.
