With 1,200 square feet of gorgeous, modern living space and two elegant bedrooms, this lovely Telluride condominium keeps you close to the ski slopes in the winter and steps away from the festivals and other outdoor events in the warmer months.
The contemporary LIVING AREA has gorgeous natural wood accents that add a perfect dash of warmth to the modern style. Neutral sofas and armchairs surround the electric fireplace and large HDTV so you’ll have the ideal place to curl up under a cozy blanket and catch up on your favorite TV show. Glass doors with sky-high transoms allow in all of the natural light and frame the beautiful surrounding views perfectly.
A blond wood DINING table with lots of seating leads directly into the open KITCHEN. Here, the natural wood theme continues with custom shaker cabinets that are topped with sparkling white quartz countertops. Top-of-the-line appliances include a gas range with a griddle, an in-drawer microwave, a dishwasher, and a panel-front refrigerator. The tiered bar area offers extra seating for your crew.
The first of two private bedrooms is the PRIMARY SUITE, complete with a luxurious king-size bed set against a shiplap accent wall. The bed faces a large HDTV and has reading lamps on either side. Glass doors lead outside to the balcony, where you can view the soaring mountain ridge and ski areas. The ENSUITE bathroom has a double vanity and a step-in shower.
In the GUEST BEDROOM, there is a split-king-size bed that can be made into two twin-size beds upon request. An ATTACHED FULL BATHROOM has a walk-in shower.
