Located only a few blocks from charming Main Street in Telluride, this gorgeous 3-bedroom townhome is only a short stroll away from nearly everything— dining, shopping, entertainment, and the gondola, which can whisk you over to Mountain Village at a moment’s notice. The outer facade of Rivercrown is grand and elegant, resembling a stone castle, while inside the design is luxurious and warm.
The entrance of Rivercrown 7 leads into a spacious FOYER that allows easy access into the covered GARAGE parking area. The dazzling GREAT ROOM is wide open and filled with natural light, and features a luxurious LIVING AREA with a crackling stone fireplace, multiple leather sofas, and a large HDTV. Glass doors lead outside to the private TERRACE, which features a gas grill, outdoor dining area, and a hot tub that overlooks serene Beaver Pond and stunning Ajax Peak.
The gourmet KITCHEN is very spacious and surrounded by natural wood cabinets and granite countertops. Premier appliances from KitchenAid, Thermadore, and Krups include a panel-front refrigerator and a huge gas range. The kitchen is also fully-equipped with all of the extras too, like a drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, and even an espresso maker. There’s a circular island in the center of the kitchen with seating, as well as a formal dining table with space for six more.
Take the gracefully curved stairway up to the PRIMARY BEDROOM SUITE. With a king-size bed and a large, sunny balcony with a sauna and hot tub, this space is like your very own private sanctuary. It also includes a spa-like ENSUITE BATHROOM with a garden tub, a double trough sink, a separate rainfall shower, and cozy heated towel racks.
On the lower level, the second GUEST BEDROOM houses a queen-size bed, HDTV, and an ATTACHED BATHROOM with a tub/shower combo. The third and final GUEST BEDROOM can include a king-size bed or two twin-size beds and also has its own full BATHROOM. This lower level also includes a washer and dryer space.
