This beautiful high-end 2BR/3BA townhome is in the perfect mountain getaway! You’ll be directly adjacent to the Steamboat Ski Resort, yet experience the seclusion and privacy of being across the street from the endless national forest land. The Thunderhead lift is only a half-mile away. Downtown, hot springs, restaurants, and shopping are all a short drive away. Step out to the private balcony for a beautiful view of Burgess Creek. Enjoy nearby hiking trails, or try your hand at summer fly fishing on the trout-protected creek adjacent to the property. Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, and unassigned parking for two cars in the open lot. Access from the parking area to the townhome is via one flight of exterior stairs.

This townhome is a perfect combination of access and seclusion. You’re less than a 10-minute drive from downtown Steamboat restaurants and brewpubs, as well as the Old Town Hot Springs for a winter soak. Only a 5-minute drive to Gondola Square for après-ski.
A spacious open-concept living area has vaulted open-beam ceilings and a beautiful gas fireplace with a floor-to-ceiling stone hearth. Watch a movie on the 47” flat-screen TV. A queen sleeper sofa, recliner, and armchair seat five comfortably. The large modern kitchen has a granite countertop and backsplash, as well as stainless steel appliances. Gather for meals at the six-person dining table, with additional seating for four at the kitchen bar. This three-level townhome sleeps eight guests between two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The tranquil main suite has a stately king-size bed. The en-suite bathroom features a double vanity and walk-in shower. A twin-size bunk bed (top bunk only) is located in the den (accessible only through the main bathroom). The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, twin-over-twin bunk bed, and 32” flat-screen TV. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower with a stackable washer/dryer. A third bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
