The Home
Nestled on its own sandy beach by the blue waters of Discovery Bay, this deluxe family-friendly beachfront villa featuring over 12,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor living spaces. The design is of typical Caribbean gingerbread style with hand-carved fretwork trimming the length of the house. French doors open from the living room to a 1,500-square-foot furnished verandah. Charmingly draped with beautiful Thunbergia blossoms, the verandah is the heart of this happy home. On this covered terrace, guests can read, play games, snooze and watch hummingbirds feed on the flowers or just take in the magnificent beauty all around while being near the action at the private pool and beach.

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
House Rules
- A 7-night, the full-house rate is required for all holiday weeks which include Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Eve.
- No outside guest allowed in the villa at any time.
