Whether you are hitting the slopes in the winter or cruising Lake Tahoe in the summer, this 3BR/2BA condo is the perfect spot for year-round fun. Enjoy a water-view patio.
Drive 15 minutes to the Heavenly Gondola, or spend an afternoon exploring the restaurants and shops in the Village. Ride bikes and grab a bite at Camp Richardson, 3 miles away.
LIVING AREA
Large sliding glass doors afford lovely water views in the living room. Curl up on the sectional couch and enjoy a movie on the 55in TV, or step out and watch the boats pass by from your back patio.
KITCHEN & DINING
The updated kitchen has stainless appliances and ample granite countertop space. There’s also a breakfast bar with seating for three. Open to the kitchen, the dining table seats six.
BED & BATH
Sleep soundly in a king bed in the primary bedroom; enjoy water views and a private balcony with bistro seating for two. The en-suite bath includes a double vanity, tub/shower combination, and extra vanity area that opens to the main hallway.
Adjacent, a bunk room is furnished with a full-size bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed.
On the entry level, another guest room features a queen bed. The adjacent bathroom offers a walk-in shower.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and outdoor parking two cars are provided.
A marina is two minutes down the road for boat launches.
Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances.
Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.
This property is not equipped with air-conditioning.
All leases require a minimum 31-day term.

Tahoe Keys offers tons of amenities for a small fee. Check out the indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, and private beach. Sports enthusiasts will also love the tennis and basketball courts.

Camp Richardson (3 mile bike ride, or 8-minute drive) boasts boating, swimming, and sunbathing.
THE FINE PRINT
Strict ordinances govern Lake Tahoe vacation rentals. This home cannot be used for any parties or weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is 8 people and 2 cars, enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day. Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise at any time of day will result in guest fine up to $2,000 - in addition to any fines assessed against the homeowner by local authorities. Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy may result in eviction. No hot tub use after 10pm. This home is located in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/noisy groups. No smoking and no pets. VHR License #009680.
