Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles, two in the gravel driveway and one in the carport behind the home. Please note the shared access road behind the home must stay clear, as it provides access to a neighboring lot. A vehicle is helpful for day trips to Taos Ski Valley and the Rio Grande Gorge. The Plaza is an easy walk from the front door. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Guests must be at least 21 years old to book. This home is not pet-friendly. No smoking, parties, or events. This home does not have air conditioning; it is rarely needed thanks to mild summers at about 7,000 feet. Ceiling fans are provided in the living room and both bedrooms. For your awareness, an exterior noise-monitoring device is on site to help ensure quiet enjoyment for the neighborhood; it monitors decibel levels only and never records audio. The home sits on a shared access road that also serves an occupied lot behind the property, common in the Historic District; a privacy fence keeps the home secluded, and the easement should be kept clear.
