After a thrilling day of adventures, head out to the private deck. Enjoy an indulgent soak in the hot tub and take in the spectacular mountain views. This property also features a private entrance and hallway to stow gear.
LIVING AREAS
This split-level home features three floors of luxurious living space.
Get cozy around the gas fireplace in the first-floor living room, where a sectional offers comfy seating. Watch favorite shows on the 50” flat-screen TV.
On the second floor, a second living area offers even more social space with a 55” flat-screen TV, two love seats, and a mini fridge.
KITCHEN & DINING
The well-equipped kitchen features granite countertops and a full suite of appliances. Thoughtful touches include a toaster oven, coffee maker, and a 30” flat-screen TV.
A large kitchen island provides ample space to prep meals as well as seating for four. The dining table seats an additional eight.
BED & BATH
This condo sleeps up to seven guests between the two all-suite bedrooms and a loft area.
The second-floor master suite features a king bed, armchair, and 30” flat-screen TV. The en-suite bathroom includes a large walk-in shower with multiple showerheads.
Downstairs, the second bedroom is outfitted with a king bed, a 32” flat-screen TV, and an office nook. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower.
Additionally, a loft space overlooks the second living area and has a twin-over-full bunk bed.
Providing added convenience, a half bath is located on the first floor.
OUTDOOR AREA
Step out to the private deck and take a dip in the six-person hot tub while enjoying the beautiful views of the slopes.
EXTRA AMENITIES & DETAILS
Complimentary Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer/dryer, a boot drying rack, and parking for two cars right outside the home are provided. Stow ski equipment in the hallway equipped with boot warmers and racks.
Although this condo is not equipped with air-conditioning, it is rarely needed with Park City’s mild summer temperatures.
Please note that this unit is only accessible via two flights of stairs.
LOCATION
Walk across the street (approximately 100 steps) to the Silver Star Lift and be whisked to the slopes of Park City Mountain. Located on the city golf course, enjoy ski-in/ski-out access to the trails on the Cross Country Ski Course. Canyons Village at Park City is also within 4 miles, and Deer Valley Resort can be reached in under 3 miles.
For a stunning view of the town and surrounding area, take a soaring ride on downtown Park City’s Town Lift (1.3 miles away).
In warmer months, raft the nearby Weber River or explore the surrounding Armstrong mountain biking and hiking trails.
A city bus stop is also located right across the road, providing quick access to excellent shopping and dining three times per hour.
