As soon as you walk in, you’ll be taken with the beautiful, spacious living area. Relax on the plush couch or one of the lounge chairs while you enjoy the ambience of the gas fireplace. Watch favorite shows on the 55’ 4K TV. The high ceilings and huge windows add natural light to an already gorgeous room.
You’ll feel at home in the gourmet, fully-stocked kitchen just a few steps up from the living area. Granite countertops and new (in 2025) state-of-the-art appliances might even convince you to stay in!
The open concept makes it easy for chefs to socialize with guests in the dining area that seats eight. Two more can sit at the bar. For little guests, there is a highchair, Graco collapsible crib, and kids table in the kitchen closet under the stairs.
Upstairs, you’ll find the primary bedroom with a king-size bedroom set, 49’ 4K TV, and an en-suite bathroom. This bathroom has a walk-in shower, luxurious bathtub, and double vanity.
Down the hall is the guest bedroom, complete with a queen-size bedroom set and 43’ 4K TV. The other guest bedroom upstairs has full-over-full bunk beds. These two rooms share a bathroom just outside their doors that boasts a tub/shower combination.
Downstairs, you’ll find the bonus room with a queen-size bed, 43’ 4K TV, and an en-suite bathroom.
Upgraded amenities and decor throughout the townhome include stainless steel pots and pans, as well as premium bedding and down comforters. The central air conditioning ensures your comfort year-around. All TVs are equipped with streaming media players, allowing easy connection to your Netflix, Prime, Hulu or other accounts and high-speed WiFi is available throughout the home.
Outside, you’ll love relaxing on the covered deck, which has a gas grill, hot tub, and spectacular views. Attention winter enthusiasts: when your day is complete, store up to 16 pairs of skis or snowboards on the purpose-built racks in the private two-car garage. Included in the garage is a 32A Level 2 EV charger plus a 240V, 50A (NEMA14-50) outlet for charging a second EV. The complex also has a heated shared pool (open seasonally) and a clubhouse.
