This house has panoramic ocean views from nearly every room. The house features three oceanfront master suites all with an oceanfront balcony, private bathroom (w/ walk in shower and body sprayers). All bedrooms have their own attached bathrooms plus a common half bath on the main level. The house also features a gourmet kitchen with large gas stove, two refrigerators, two dishwashers, stand alone ice maker, island and large granite bar. The house has a large open upper deck and large main level covered deck with sitting area and outdoor speakers. There is also a large game room with pool table, table / chairs, large flat screen tv and large balcony off the game room. House square footage is approximately 5700. Pool is 30’ x 10 and 3’ to 5’ deep.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Minimum age of 25 for all renters. Anyone under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent
