Classic, gracious living is the hallmark of this spacious home, with views of one of Pebble Beach’s finest golf courses from the living room, back patio and master bedroom, where you can watch golfers play through while enjoying the serenity of this exclusive community.
The 3-bedroom, 3-bath mid-century residence features airy, open living spaces, with vaulted ceilings and large windows and skylights that let in plenty of natural light. Entertaining in the over-sized living room with baby grand piano and fully equipped bar area is a breeze, and there’s plenty of room to conveniently stow beach and golf gear near the kitchen.
This 2,700-square-foot home includes two master bedroom suites as well as an additional bedroom, a sitting room/den, and a large kitchen and dining room, featuring traditional décor with coastal accents in muted earth tones and blues.
It’s just a few minutes by car from the best that Pebble Beach has to offer, including fine dining and shopping at The Lodge and Spanish Bay, golfing at any of Pebble Beach’s many world-famous public courses, and is only a 10-minute walk to some of the renowned sights of the coast, such as Bird Rock.
Upon your arrival you will be greeted with complimentary cheese and wine or sparkling cider, tickets for a wine tasting at Scheid Vineyards’ tasting room in downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea and a basket of local information. An assigned concierge vacation house manager is available to assist you during your stay. We have also provided spa amenities in the bathrooms, spa robes and beach gear with everything you need for a day at the beach including chairs, blankets, towels, umbrella and cooler.
The two-story home features a wooden fence and paths leading to the backyard patio, which offers comfortable outdoor seating and a gourmet gas grill, a perfect place for backyard barbecues or enjoying a glass of wine in the evenings. From there or from several other rooms inside the house, you’ll be able to view the second hole fairway for privately-owned Monterey Peninsula Country Club.
Inside, the roomy kitchen features everything you need for cooking meals or whipping up snacks, with a gas range, oven, microwave and double sink, and an adjacent laundry/storage room is ideal for golf bags and other gear. The open kitchen design flows into the dining room, with a table that has seating for six as well as counter seating for three more.
The living room offers a comfortable sectional sofa in blue chenille that surrounds the wood-burning fireplace with gas start, where it’s easy to enjoy conversations, watch the 48-inch HDTV above the fireplace, or read a good book. A fully equipped bar with drink glasses, wine rack, sink and mini-fridge is conveniently located near the fireplace, and an additional sitting area can be found behind the living room.
The first master bedroom suite includes a California king-sized bed, 52-inch HDTV and, when you raise the window blinds, beautiful views of the golf links outside. A sleeper sofa in the room provides a sitting area, or another bed when needed. The ensuite bath includes a deep jetted tub and separate shower. A second bedroom with California king bed has an adjacent hall bathroom with a step up to a combination tub/shower.
The second master bedroom suite on the other side of the house can be entered through a sitting area/den with a day bed and trundle to sleep two. The bedroom features large cathedral-style windows through which moss-covered Monterey pines and live oaks can be glimpsed, as well as a California king bed, HDTV, and a private balcony through sliding glass doors. The ensuite bath offers a shower with bench seat.
