The exterior of this whimsical 2356 square feet, 4-bedroom, 2-bath home, comes complete with gargoyles, gables and stained glass windows. The predominant feature is a square tower that offers a bird’s-eye view of all the comings and goings on the bay. As you open the front door to the entry, with its coved ceiling and built-in cabinetry with insets of royal blue, topaz and wine that match the stained-glass panels framing virtually every window in the house, you will feel you are in your own seaside inn. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House Rules

  • Min age to rent - 25 Valid credit card must be on file with Management Company. Signed contract returned to Management Company. Completed Guest Listing returned to Management Company. All Pet-Friendly homes require owner approval, completed Pet Addendum and applicable Pet Fee to be paid in advance of arrival. Note: not all homes are pet-friendly and owners may not allow large pets, multiple pets, cats or certain breeds. Good Neighbor Policy applies to all of our rentals and must be adhered to. You will receive the policy after reservation. A Security Deposit will be required for all rentals of 28 days or more, from which, the gas, electric and water use attributable to your stay will be deducted, in addition to any cable service movies rented by you during your stay. All our homes are strictly Non-Smoking.
