The Beach has been looking for you! Come to El Searrito Place where the ocean meets the land. This beautiful townhome in the heart of Cinnamon Shore’s town center is the perfect spot for your family and friends. El Searrito Place boasts 3 bedrooms plus an open bunk room for the kids.
The first floor will welcome you with a large table that seats 8 easily and 3 at the breakfast bar. The first floor features a Queen bedroom and bathroom and hallway bunk area that sleeps two.
The second floor has a relaxing Queen bedroom and bathroom. The bunkroom is a super kid’s hang out for 4! The spacious Master bedroom is an adult retreat with calming blue tones that mimic the ocean. The Master bathroom has a large walk-in shower perfect to wash away the day.
Come enjoy the seabreeze and leave your footprints in the sand.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
- On bookings made after May 6th, 2020 with a check-out date on or before March 31st, 2021*, guests may cancel up to 10 days before arrival and receive a full refund minus a $75 credit card processing fee. *Blackout dates: Stays taking place between December 20th and January 3rd do not qualify for 10-day cancellation.

- - Guests must be 25 years or older to book, providing a valid driver's license.
- - Maximum occupancy must be adhered to (children under 2 are not included in max.)
- - Keys will be picked up and returned to the rental office
- - No Pets, unless marked as a PET FRIENDLY UNIT
- - No Smoking
- - Parking allowed in designated areas only
- - You will sign a release of liability agreement if you choose to use the fitness center
- - If it is available, early check-in can be arranged, for an extra fee:
- - 3:00pm – 4:00pm: Complimentary
- - 2:00pm – 3:00pm: $50
- - 1:00pm – 2:00pm: $100
- - 12:00pm - 1:00pm: $200
- - Before 12:00pm - $300 or half night's rent plus tax, whichever is higher
- - If it is available, late check-out can be arranged, for an extra fee:
- - 10:00am - 11:00am: Complimentary (MUST be pre-authorized)
- - 11:00am - 12:00pm: $100
- - 12:00pm - 1:00pm: $200
- - 1:00pm - 2:00pm: $300
- - After 2:00pm: $350 or one night's rent plus tax, whichever is higher
