AMENITIES: Our condos cluster around the Town Center, which hosts special events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends. Nearby resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, fishing dock, fire pits, fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, and a pirate ship playscape! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria. This spacious condo features three bedrooms plus a large bunk room area, and with three bathrooms, everyone has space! Soft sea inspired blues and driftwood soothes you in the Primary Bedroom outfitted with a King bed and luxurious linens for your enjoyment. The second downstairs bedroom offers a Queen bed and bathroom. Upstairs the open area bunk room boasts two sets of bunk beds with trundles and fabulous views from the second story balcony. The third bedroom features an additional Queen bed. This fabulous condo is spacious and airy, comfortably accommodating up to twelve people. The open-concept kitchen, living and dining room is great for entertaining and visiting while preparing a family meal in the stainless kitchen. There is ample room at the kitchen island and the farm table for all of your guests. The soft ocean hues and custom family-inspired details make this property unique and special. After a long day in the sun enjoying Cinnamon Shore’s many family activities and amenities, our condo is just what your family needs to always be By the Sea. ***NO PETS ALLOWED*** IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED. By the Sea is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering By the Sea the homeowner and/or Property Manager has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night. There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter’s "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed.
