Sharing a bathroom with the bunk room, the second queen bedroom is decorated in lovely, neutral tones and coordinating prints on upholstery and rugs. Each of these upstairs bedrooms has direct access to a large, wrap-around, front balcony. Tip’sea Saltbox is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Tip’sea Saltbox the homeowner and/or Property Manager has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night. There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter’s "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed.
