SLEEPING QUARTERS: The downstairs master suite includes a king bed with luxurious bedding, a master bath with a walk-in shower and a stand-alone, marble, soaking tub. It’s the perfect retreat for Mom and Dad! On the second floor, a kid’s bedroom sleeps six with three, darling twin beds and trundles, and bean bags and an area to play board games make finish out the space. In addition, a king bedroom features darling painted furniture and fun, sea-inspired accents, and it has private access to the balcony. An amazing Citron-painted, rattan, king-size bed with nautical, blue-and-white bedding is a standout feature in the fourth bedroom. Anchors Away is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Anchors Away the homeowner and/or Property Manager has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night. There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter’s "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed.
